Delhi-NCR Weather Forecast & AQI Today:
With clear skies on Tuesday, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 15.7°C, 1.7 degrees above normal, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The relative humidity stood at 87% at 8:30 AM. The IMD has predicted strong surface winds during the day, with the maximum temperature expected to reach around 34°C, following Monday’s high of 32.6°C.
Delhi’s air quality declined to the ‘poor’ category on Tuesday, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaching 283 at 9 AM, according to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data.
On Monday, the AQI stood at 197, falling within the ‘moderate’ category.
Air quality is classified as follows:
- 0-50: Good
- 51-100: Satisfactory
- 101-200: Moderate
- 201-300: Poor
- 301-400: Very Poor
- 401-500: Severe
