New Delhi: A selfie and a video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni from the G7 summit have quickly gained traction on social media. The photograph, taken on Friday by Ms. Meloni on the sidelines of the summit in Apulia, Italy, shows both leaders smiling. In the accompanying video, they wave at the camera as Ms. Meloni cheerfully says, “Hello from the Melodi team.”
The term “Melodi” went viral on social media following the bilateral meeting between PM Modi and Ms. Meloni last year.
