Reasi Terror Attack: A 53-seater bus traveling from the Shiv Khori temple to Katra veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge after coming under gunfire.
Nine individuals tragically lost their lives in the Reasi terror attack on Sunday. Among the deceased were four members of a single family, including a two-year-old boy, who perished when their bus plunged into a gorge after being fired upon by terrorists. Additionally, two cousins from Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh were among the victims.
The 53-seater bus, traveling from the Shiv Khori temple to Katra, veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge near Teryath village in the Poni area after being hit by a barrage of gunfire. Among the deceased were Jaipur-based cloth merchant Rajendra Saini (42), his wife Mamta (40), their relative Pooja Saini (30), and her two-year-old son Levansh, also known as Titu.
Om Prakash Saini, the father of 30-year-old Pooja, told The Indian Express that Rajendra and Mamta’s children have not yet been informed of their parents’ tragic passing.
