One of the detained individuals is Harish, who operates a scrap shop in Pune that was reportedly used by accused Dharmaraj Kashyap, 19, and Shivprasad Gautam. The other detainee is Anurag Kashyap, the brother of the arrested Dharmaraj Kashyap.
Harish Kashyap is accused of providing financial support to Dharmaraj Kashyap, Shivprasad Gautam, and Anurag Kashyap, as well as renting them a home in Kurla, Mumbai, and supplying them with a bike.
Harish Kashyap was aware of Baba Siddique’s murder and had purchased a new mobile phone for Shivprasad Gautam and Dharmaraj Kashyap just a few days before they committed the crime.

So far, three individuals—Dharmaraj Kashyap, Gurmail Singh (23), and Pravin Lonkar—have been apprehended, while three others—Shubham Lonkar, Shiv Kumar Gautam, and Mohammad Zeeshan Akhtar—remain at large.
Gurmail Singh, a resident of Haryana, and Dharmaraj Kashyap, originally from Uttar Pradesh, are currently in police custody until October 21.
The Mumbai Police are searching for a seventh suspect in the Baba Siddique murder case. This individual is considered crucial, as he serves as the connection between the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which has claimed responsibility for the murder, and the shooters involved.
On the night of October 12, Baba Siddique was ambushed by three individuals in Bandra, Mumbai, just outside his MLA-son Zeeshan Siddique’s office. He was shot and subsequently rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The following day, Siddique was laid to rest with state honors, attended by a large crowd and numerous political leaders, all under tight security.
